Speech Submissions: For participants under 13, a parent or legal guardian must submit the student’s speech recording and personal details on their behalf.
Right to Review: Parents have the right to review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's data at any time by contacting us at customer@usstream.org.

Automated Data: We use Google Analytics to collect non-identifying information such as IP addresses, browser types, and pages visited to improve our website experience.

a. Security: We maintain an SSL-secured (HTTPS) website to encrypt data in transit.
b. Retention: We only retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the competition or as required by law. Video submissions for non-finalists are deleted 12 months after the event.
