• Student information: for program participation, a parent or guardian may provide a student’s name, age, grade, school, and speech submissions.
• Donation information: donations are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing address, and gift details, but we never receive or store your full card number.
• Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Information

• To run our competitions, workshops, and events
• To process donations and send receipts and acknowledgments
• To respond to inquiries and coordinate volunteers and partners
• To send updates you have subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To meet legal, tax, and reporting obligations

3. Children’s Privacy

Our programs serve K–12 students, but this website is intended for use by parents, guardians, educators, and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Student information is provided by a parent or guardian. Photos and videos of students are published only as permitted by the parent or guardian’s signed media release. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as payment processing, email, and form tools), when required by law, or with your consent. Media partners may receive event photos only in line with signed media releases.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

6. Your Choices

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information
• Revoke a media release in writing at any time for future uses

7. Third-Party Links
